• Built and maintain the Optic Portal, a TypeScript business management app in a monorepo, with a vehicle-uploader microfrontend that deploys on its own.
• Shipped an in-portal AI assistant that answers spend and sales-tax questions from live portal data, shows each lookup it makes, switches charts, and lets owners edit its tools (releases 2.1.2 to 2.1.4, Oct 2026).
• Built the marketing website and customer-list PDF exports by customer tier; turn weekly client syncs into tracked tickets (15 from one sync: 8 bugs, 7 features).

• Moved eight TypeScript/Node.js apps used by thousands of people from Heroku to Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firebase) with zero downtime, cutting infrastructure costs about 80%, or nearly $100k a year.
• Built Next.js microfrontends and a logging and analytics stack on BigQuery and Data Studio.
• Staffed and led the engineering team, managing both FreeTech and 42Chat engineers, and tightened the company's security.

Warner Robins, GA | US Air Force Aging Aircraft program (FreeTech contract)

• Led the team that built an AI system predicting aircraft maintenance failures from large, messy maintenance-event datasets, a long-standing problem for the program.
• Built a separate corrosion model and deployed both models with BERT in Advana, the DoD's Databricks environment; also built LLM proofs of concept now awaiting Air Force approval.
• Built custom apps on aircraft maintenance data, deployed on AWS GovCloud, that help maintainers and leaders save millions of dollars a year.
• Owned solution architecture, data engineering and software development company-wide, working under FIPS, CMMC and classified-information requirements.
